“I decided to go to Lost Boys because the demo reels of previous
students inspired me a lot, all the projects are very carefully designed
to develop different skills, but most of all I really liked the idea of being
in a small class with the opportunity of having the help of the mentor
at any time. I found the project-based learning very rich at all levels.
I could experience many techniques in 3D and 2D. Each project was
different and with each of them I always had to face different challenges.
I exceeded my expectations of my final demo reel and that made me
feel more confident for facing the next step, getting a job! My experience
at Lost boys, provided me several opportunities for interviews and job
offers but most of all I got very useful advice and guidance from my mentors
about the VFX industry.
If I could say one thing to potential student I would tell them, if I could back in
time and have the experience of being a Lost Boys student again,I would do it
without hesitation. I didn't regret any single moment, I learned a lot, I got
very inspired by my classmates and always had help to develop my ideas.”
