Study Permits
Students from outside of Canada wishing to attend Lost Boys | School of Visual Effects will require a Student Visa issued by Canada Immigration. Eligibility is based on accepted application, proof of funds, criminal record check, health examination, and future intent. For more details, visit the sites listed below.

If you have concerns regarding you eligibility for a study permit, it may be beneficial to obtain an immigration consultant. There are several here in Vancouver or you could locate one in your home town. As they are government certified and specialize in this area, they often have better success with acceptance rates.
Medical Insurance
All students should have medical insurance coverage while studying in Canada. It is recommended that you make your own arrangements through private insurers before coming to Canada. Please refer to Student Insurer Ingle International or DCIS or another suitable Insurer of your choice. All residents of British Columbia, including students, are required to register for the BC Medical Services Plan (BC MSP), with eligibility commencing after three months of residency.
